Modificar el estatus de la hipoteca de activo a inactivo y luego a activo nuevamente para que puedan grabar el embargo en el Sistema ARI.
Este proceso aplica para solicitudes provenientes de Entidades Financieras y de Juzgados.
Son activas cuando se refiere a vehículos que están financiados por alguna entidad financiera y son inactivos aquellos vehículos que ya fueron pagadas sus deudas.
Requisitos
  • Oficio de anuncio de embargo o secuestro del vehículo.
