Que los familiares de una persona fallecida puedan traspasar los vehículos a nombre de otro familiar.
Aplica para los Contribuyentes cuyo familiar fallecido no haya dejado testamento sobre los bienes.
Se necesita la orden de un Juzgado mediante Oficio por Juicio de Sucesión.
Puede ser solicitado por Juzgados o Fiscalías.
