Normar los paseos y excursiones para que los mismos sean realizados de una forma segura para todas las personas que participen de dicho paseo.
Requisitos
  • Formulario para paseo y excursiones.
  • Paz y Salvo del conductor y del propietario del certificado de operación emitido por la Autoridad del Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre.
  • Visto bueno técnico del transporte público, emitido por la Autoridad de Tránsito de Transporte Terrestre.
  • Fotocopia del certificado de operación y del Registro Único Vehicular.
  • Fotocopia de la cédula de identidad personal del propietario del certificado de operación.
  • Fotocopia de la cédula de identidad personal y de la licencia de conducir del conductor del vehículo.
  • Fotocopia de la cédula de identidad personal del promotor del paseo o excursión.
  • Listado de pasajeros (nombres completos) y fotocopia de sus cédulas de identidad personal.
  • Fotocopia de la póliza de seguro.
  • Autorización suscrita por los padres de los menores.
  • Copia del certificado de idoneidad o licencia profesional de salvamento acuático que prestará sus servicios en el paseo o excursión.
Observación
Aplica para toda comunidad que quiera realizar un paseo a algún lugar turístico o de recreación; o un retiro espiritual dentro del distrito capital.
Contribuyente:
  • Presentar el formulario de solicitud de permiso junto con toda la documentación requerida.
  • Pagar el permiso.
  • Cumplir con la normativa de seguridad para los paseos o retiros espirituales.
